Prépa D1 (law, entry to the ENS in law)
Prépa D1 prepares for the law entrance exam of an ENS. Lumi helps you retain notions and case law on top of your essay practice.

In short
The D1 track, droit, is a specialised humanities classe préparatoire that prepares for the ENS law exam. It combines civil and public law, economics, general culture and a modern language, over two years. Few students follow it, and it works in connection with a law faculty. It also opens to other schools recruiting in law.
What goes on your cards
In D1, make cards for exact legal definitions, key code articles, important court decisions with their contribution, major principles of civil and public law, and economics notions. Lumi has you recall them.
A study rhythm
Law demands precision, so keep a daily session on definitions and cases, and review them after two days then a week (Cepeda et al., 2008). Schedule a review of each branch before faculty exams and concours papers. See Spaced repetition, how long to wait between two reviews.
