BTS (advanced technician diploma)
The BTS is a two-year vocational diploma taken after the bac. Lumi helps you remember the theory so you feel at ease in class, on placement and at the exam.

In short
The brevet de technicien supérieur takes two years, often in a lycée and sometimes as a work-study programme. There are dozens of specialities across services, sales, management and industry. The course mixes general teaching, professional teaching and work placements. It is a national diploma at two years after the bac. It can lead to a job or to further study, for example a professional bachelor’s or a school.
What goes on your cards
In a BTS, cards cover the technical vocabulary of your speciality, notions of management, law and economics, formulas, procedures and English rules. General culture points fit too. Lumi has you recall these bases.
A study rhythm
Add cards each teaching week, then do a short session before each in-course assessment. When you return from a placement, go over what you saw in real life to anchor it. One session a day is enough (Rawson and Dunlosky, 2011). Keep the plan in How to make a study schedule before an exam for the final exams of year two.
