Lycée (French high school)
The lycée is the French high school, from seconde to terminale, with many subjects running side by side. Lumi helps each chapter stay in your head by asking you about it at the right moment.

In short
The general and technological lycée lasts three years, seconde, première and terminale. Seconde is common to everyone, then you pick specialty subjects in première and terminale. Tests come all year, with supervised assignments and mock exams. The path leads to the baccalauréat, the national exam that opens higher education. In première there are already early French exams, written and oral. Vocational schools prepare a vocational baccalauréat or a CAP instead.
What goes on your cards
In the lycée, flashcards work best for definitions and formulas in maths and physics-chemistry, dates and key ideas in history-geography, notions and authors in philosophy, biology vocabulary and language rules. They also suit the tests of the week. Lumi quizzes you on what you know, and you still practise full subjects alongside.
A study rhythm
Add your cards on the day of the lesson, then do a short session two or three days later, before the test. The useful gap grows with the delay before the exam (Cepeda et al., 2008). As the bac nears, go back to older chapters rather than only recent ones. The guide How to make a study schedule before an exam helps you spread it out.
