BTEC and T-levels
BTECs and T-levels are vocational or technical qualifications that lead to work, an apprenticeship or university. Lumi helps you keep the vocabulary and procedures of your field.

In short
BTECs and T-levels are an alternative to A-levels for students who prefer practical training. They cover sectors like health, digital, engineering, construction or business. Assessment combines coursework, projects, written exams and, for T-levels, a work placement. They can lead to a job, an apprenticeship or university, depending on the course and the entry criteria of the place you aim for.
What goes on your cards
In these routes, much of the content is technical vocabulary, standards, procedure steps, safety rules and basic principles. Put them on cards, with the context of use in one sentence. Lumi helps with the written exams and with knowing the vocabulary without hesitation on the job.
A study rhythm
Since assessment is spread across the course, keep a short pass each week on the current unit. Before a written exam, see the same cards on different days rather than the night before (Kornell, 2009).
