MCAT
The MCAT is the admission exam for medical schools in the US and Canada. Lumi helps you keep the science content, but passage reading and time management are built with practice tests.

In short
The MCAT tests knowledge of life science, chemistry, physics and behavioral science, along with reading comprehension and critical reasoning. It is made of themed sections and takes a full day. Medical schools use it together with your academic record. The format and rules are published by the AAMC, which runs it, and can change, so check their site before you plan.
What goes on your cards
Part of the MCAT is content to memorize, such as metabolic pathways, physics formulas, psychology and sociology terms and statistics definitions. Put these on cards. The other part is reasoning over passages. For that, do timed passages and review your errors. Each content error can become a card.
A study rhythm
MCAT preparation often stretches over several months. Do one pass over all the content, then regular passes on your cards on different days (Cepeda et al., 2008), and raise the share of practice tests as the date gets close. Choose your date with a fallback plan.
